BURLINGTON, WA — Chemspec’s new Express Lane 2.0 traffic lane cleaner breaks new ground in soil removal, according to a press release.

With a neutral, 7.3 pH and no VOCs, allowing for use in all of the U.S., Express Lane 2.0, safely and without harsh solvents removes oil from all of today’s carpet fibers, even fifth generation carpet.

“Most of today’s most popular presprays rely on butyls, glycol ethers, phosphates, D-limonene and mineral spirits… but it’s just a matter of time until they all come under regulatory fire,” Legend Brands Clenaing Chemicals Technical Specialist Pat Muller, said in the release. “At least 16 states have already implemented tough VOC compliant regulations [and] butyl is already in the EPA’s SARA 313 Toxic Release Inventory Reporting Requirements.”

Express Lane 2.0 contains no butyls, glycol ethers or phosphates while still offering superior cleaning on all types of residential or commercial carpet, as it is CRI-ceritfied and safe for stain-resistant nylon.

Odor free and biodegradable, Express Lane 2.0 causes no yellowing, browning or bleeding and won’t damage waxes, wood floors or painted surfaces. It also is free from ingredients known to cause common allergies.
