CMI Announces Upcoming Educational Lineup
ALBANY, NY —The ® (CMI) will host several upcoming educational events for cleaning professionals.
CMI offers affordable education and hands-on training for frontline employees, trainers, and supervisors taught by industry veterans with decades of real-life experience.
This program provides all the tools and skills a building service contractor (BSC) or facility manager needs to implement or enhance a custodial training program. The course is a hands-on, interactive workshop that provides leadership, technical and building service operation skills. Registration includes materials, expert instruction and certification testing that meets the training requirements of ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½â€™s Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS).CMI is offering Train the Trainer three more times in 2016:

This all-new seminar is exclusively for BSCs, including business owners, executives, managers, and supervisors. Featuring industry expert , this two-day session will focus on the difficult challenges that contract cleaning companies face in this ever-changing industry and will provide constructive, immediately applicable solutions. Topics will include marketing, sales, bidding and quality assurance.

This intensive course aims to develop and hone leadership qualities in aspiring and seasoned managers. CMI developed this course for professionals who want a refresher on leadership/management training or those looking to advance into a leadership position (such as supervisor, project manager, operations manager, regional manager or other mid- to upper-level management job).

Accredited Auditing Professional (AAP) is CMI’s newest seminar for the certification and training of in-house service providers, BSCs, and any other industry professionals interested in understanding quality-assurance procedures, such as custodial supervisors, lead workers, and managers; distributor sales reps; and industry consultants. This level of training equips industry professionals with the skills to perform a successful building audit, using the elements and standards of a quality-assurance program. CMI is offering the AAP seminar twice in 2016:
