BOISE, ID — recently was awarded a Gold Award in the 28th Annual Excellence in Design competition presented by Appliance Design Magazine, according to a press release.

The award was given in recognition of ProTeam’s ProGen^® upright vacuum for its inventive design and performance.

“ProTeam invested significant resources to develop an upright with the ease of use and innovative features our customers deserve,” Vice President of Sales Rich Steinberg said in the release. “We are pleased that the panel of judges chose the ProGen upright for the highest honor in the design competition.”

Gold, silver and bronze award winners are chosen by “judges from respected industry associations” for “outstanding achievement in innovation, design and functionality.” The awards recognize entrants in 10 industry categories.
